All week I’ve wanted to achieve something and thought I would miss out on it.

Then suddenly…

I noticed that the passion flower was in full bloom. I’d been watching it all week trying to catch it out when the sun was shining. Now I had my chance. I dashed to get my camera because I knew that the flower would fade very quickly; they only last a day – just like the butterflies.

I began to take my photos then I noticed that a butterfly had landed on a bay leaf nearby. Snap, snap snap. And in 5 minutes I’d captured both the passion flower and a bonus of a butterfly..

Now my challenge is to take a picture of a blue butterfly!

Guess what just happened!

I’d been having a day of pampering me with eyebrows shaped, eyelashes tinted and mini-manicure and was sitting in the garden.

My washing was flapping and drying and I was about to eat a homemade raspberry smoothie lollipop – yummy- when….

… perfect perfect timing, a Common Blue Butterfly fluttered past me. The first one ever I’ve seen in our garden. Made my day! And the lollipop tasted even better!
